End User License Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before using Spinaway.
Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD ("the Licensor") for the Spinaway software product, including the iOS application and any associated documentation ("the Software").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
Important: By using Spinaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA and our Privacy Policy.
License Grant
SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and use the Software on iPhone devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Use local features of the Software, including creating wheels, spinning them, and viewing your decision history.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercialize the Software or any part of it.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD.
- Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Use the Software in a real-money gambling context or represent it as a gambling product.
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD.
- We own: all software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, audio, text, and other content in the application.
- You own: the wheel definitions and spin history you create using the Software, which are stored only on your device.
User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Spinaway is an entirely offline application. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data you generate (wheels, spins, settings) remains on your device.
No Subscriptions or Purchases
As of the effective date of this EULA, Spinaway is a free application with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium tiers. Should this change in a future version, updated terms will be provided at that time.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Spinaway does not guarantee specific decision outcomes or results.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.
Updates and Modifications
SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software at any time. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. The updated EULA will be posted at this URL and, where applicable, presented within the App. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SPINAWAY CASINO WHEEL LTD operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
